The pictures she took for Zillow we're professional grade, highlighting the great points of the house, with great lighting and angles. She even helped look for a home for our cat. Our experience with Chrissi was a great one. I originally contacted her with approximately 100 days to find, offer, and close on a home. We had a set budget and a pretty healthy list of demands. The first thing that caught my attention was that she returned my phone message at8:30 Pm on the day that I had contacted her. We first met Chrissi about 12 years ago when we needed to sell our home in Winter Haven. This was about the time that the housing market was beginning to plunge. When my wife and I decided to sell our farm we interviewed multiple realtors and chose Ms. Jasso. We discovered Chrissi by a mailer we received about another property that was being sold by Chrissi in the vicinity. We had never received this type of aggressive advertising on a property and that caused us to contact Chrissi for our property sale. We also chose to list with Chrissi because of her professional demeanor, her knowledge of the real estate selling process, her organized presentation to us at our first meeting and the advanced selling tools that Re/Max offered for selling property. These included photographing of our property, aerial photos of the property boundaries, and a video showing the inside of our residence. At our first meeting, Chrissi provided us with a complete written package explaining the full process of selling our property. Ms. Jasso appraised our property and had the property listed in a very timely manner. It was listed everywhere that is should be listed to expedite the sale and we received offers in a very timely manner. We finally negotiated and accepted one of those offers and began the process of closing on our sale. All went well on the closing until the lender for the buyer decided to require at the last minute that we make a change to the title on our property that was totally unacceptable. This last minute change after four weeks of inspections was unprofessional and not a normal requirement of a lending institution. We refused this last minute demand and were ready to abort this closing. Chrissi stepped in and salvaged the sale by finding a new lender that would accept all of the inspections that were completed and two weeks later we closed at our original agreed price. Associate Realty really has its act together, and it's very helpful in this crazy market for real estate. Within a week of listing, I stopped counting the viewings at 36, and we had 16 offers. Chrissi was able to ease the decision making burden, by emailing a spread sheet, with everything I needed to know to compare offers. and a willingness to discuss any issue that csame up.
